Welcome to 2WO Playwear, a leading custom sportswear manufacturer in Bangladesh. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

• All products sold by 2WO Playwear are either custom-made or part of our single-selling product line.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, designs, and policies at any time without prior notice.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.

2. Order Process & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our official website, social media pages, or direct communication with our team.
• Full payment or an agreed-upon advance payment must be made before order processing begins.
• We accept payments through Mobile Financial Services (MFS), bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation is only applicable if manufacturing has not started. Our team will confirm this via verbal or written communication with the customer.
• In the event of a cancellation, a design charge of BDT 2,000 - 3,000(depending on design complexity) will be deducted, as our team invests time and effort in customization.

4. Custom Orders & Design Approval

• All custom orders require a final design approvalfrom the customer before production begins.
• Once approved, no changes can be made.
• We will not be liable for mistakes in design, spelling, or sizing if they were approved by the customer.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Orders are shipped directly from our factory usingPathao Courier or other third-party services.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Inside Dhaka: 24-48 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 24-72 hours
  • International: Dependent on the courier service provider
• Customers must check the quantity of their order in front of the delivery agent. Any missing items must be reported immediately. Claims for missing items will not be accepted after the delivery agent leaves.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a mistake was made by 2WO Playwear (e.g., incorrect size, spelling error, wrong color).
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Refunds are only applicable if 2WO Playwear fails to deliver within the declared timeline (excluding courier delays).
• For single-selling products, returns/exchanges must be initiated within 24 hours, and the product must remain unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, logos, and branding materials of 2WO Playwear are protected under copyright laws and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
• Custom designs provided by customers remain their property, but 2WO Playwear reserves the right to use completed designs for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.

8. Customer Conduct

• We expect customers to engage respectfully when communicating with our team.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity may result in the cancellation of services and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 2WO Playwear is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events(e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size selection, incorrect address).

10. Amendments & Updates

• 2WO Playwear reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated through our website or social media.
