Step 1: Get in Touch

Reach out to our support team through social media platforms or WhatsApp to begin your order. Our team will provide detailed information on fabric options, pricing, and customization possibilities.

Step 2: Pricing & Design Process

We will share our pricing chart, but costs may vary depending on the complexity of the design, patterns, or added accessories.

• To begin the design work, a fixed advance payment of 2,000 BDT is required.
• This advance is non-refundable once the design is created, as our team invests time, creativity, and aesthetics into crafting each order.
• However, if the design process has not started, the advance is refundable in full.
• Without payment confirmation, we will not proceed with any artwork.

Step 3: Design Creation & Revisions

Depending on the complexity of the design, our team takes 24-72 hours to create the artwork. The timeline may vary based on existing orders.

• If a client provides a reference or guidelines, we will ensure the design matches their vision. However, up to two revisions will be allowed only if we fail to meet the given reference.
• If a client does not provide any reference or guidelines, our designers will submit two unique designs, from which the client must choose one.

Step 4: Payment & Production

Once the design is finalized, the client must pay 50% of the total invoice before production begins. The remaining 50% can be paid in cash on delivery to the delivery agent.

• No additional design charges will be applied if the manufacturing is done by 2WO Playwear. However, if the design requires extensive revisions or is highly complex, additional charges may apply based on the level of detail and urgency.

Step 5: Manufacturing & Delivery

Standard manufacturing takes 5-6 working days, but this may extend based on order complexity and existing workloads. We do not encourage rushed or urgent orders as this may compromise quality and accuracy.

Delivery timelines will depend on the production schedule and third-party courier services.

Additional Services: Team Identity & Logo Design

We offer team logo and identity design services, including theme creation and branding. Prices for logos and team branding are not fixed and will be shared verbally based on the complexity, design requirements, and time investment needed.
