Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At 2WO Playwear, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom sportswear. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
Checking Your Order Upon Delivery
- All orders are shipped directly from our factory through Pathao Courier (third-party service).
- Customers must check the quantity of the items in front of the delivery agent.
- Any claims regarding missing items will not be accepted once the delivery agent has left.
Exchange Policy (For Custom Orders)
- Exchange is only possible if the mistake was made by 2WO Playwear, including:
- Incorrect size (not as per our provided size guide).
- Color mismatch.
- Spelling or number errors in customization.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- No exchange requests will be accepted after the 48-hour window.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the product within our declared timeline.
- Delivery time by Pathao Courier is excluded from this timeline:
- Inside Dhaka: 24-48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: 24-72 hours.
- International shipping: Depends on the logistics provider’s time frame.
- If eligible for a refund, the process will take 4-5 working days and will be refunded via MFS account or bank transfer.
Return & Exchange Policy (For Single Selling Products)
- Customers must request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Original tags must be intact.
- The product must not be washed or ironed.
- Size Issue:
- No return is allowed for size issues—only exchange.
- If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
