Return and Refund Policy

At 2WO Playwear, we are dedicated to providing customized sportswear tailored to our clients’ specifications. Our design team works diligently to create digital mock-ups for client approval before production. However, please note that there may be slight differences between the mock-ups and the final products due to factors such as lighting, device screen differences, and the inherent nature of digital representations.

1. Production Timeline

We typically require 5-6 working days to manufacture customized clothing items. We strive to achieve the highest level of similarity between the mock-ups and the final products, but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only and do not offer refunds for customized products. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, and we will work with you to address any concerns about the products received.

Exchange Process:

1. Initiate an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert email/contact form link] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the exchange.

2. Approval and Shipping:

Once your exchange request is received and approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item for exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Note:

Please place your order carefully and ensure accurate measurements as per our size guides, as we strictly adhere to these specifications.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances where we fail to deliver the products within the promised timeline.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • If we fail to deliver your customized products within the agreed timeline of 5-6 working days, you may request a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed through MFS accounts or bank transfers, which may take up to 15 working days.

Limited Edition Products:

  • For our limited edition products, created for commercial selling purposes, you have 4 working days to request a return or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Approval and Shipping:
